The Australia House motto is "The Culture of Agriculture".
Our company name comes from the first generation of the family who were first settlers in both Busselton Western Australia and Burra in South Australia. Both families built "Australia House".Australia House works on 5 areas. AUSTRALIA HOUSE Institution (Non-Profit), cookbook , events, exhibition, Melbourne store & our dairy inspired by Constance Gebhardt (my grandmother).
Australia House Institution is a non-profit organisation- we produce community exhibitions & events all about the "The Culture of Agriculture". We bring Victorian farmers and their produce and products to Melbourne to mix with Melbourne Culture.
The Australia House Cookbook is inspired by my Great Grand Mothers Cookbook "The Herald Recipe Cookbook" published 87 years ago. My Great Grand Mother Constance Drake-Brockman published the famous cookbook and is still used in my family and friends' home to this day.
We create and produce our own events; we soon will launch "Dairy Lane" the first of our annual Dairy Event in Melbourne. We will produce 6 annual Events per year in Australia.
Australia House will create and produce 6 Exhibitions per year. The first exhibition is called "Milk in the Melbourne Pandemic" a photograph exhibition by Matthew Joscelyne.
